LA SÉLECTION DE TONTON JOUV !  (Avril/Mai 2024) François Jouvenaux hails from Mont-de-Marsan, in the Landes region of France. He kicks the drums in the Aquitaine combos Wild Zéros and Holeshots x ,  plays the bass for the Heartbeeps , and accompanies Perpignan-based  Lord Diabolik on his tour. That’s enough to say that he knows a thing or two about garage, 60s rock, psychedelism, '77 punk, garage-punk, surf and mod music. On his social networks, he also regularly writes great reviews of recently released records. References abound, and they always hit the point. It would be unfortunate if all these testimonials were to disappear forever into the limbo of the internet or because of our daily scrolling... So we're going to give them a second life and host them for a while in these columns.
